Okafor did well today actually. To say he's a modest 6'10" against Gasol and Bynum, legit seven footers. What we need is to be able to score with teams we can stop completely on defense. We need a guy that isn't CP3 or David West can get give us 20 points any given night. Thornton picked a bad night to have an off game. Ariza isn't ever gonna be that guy. And Belinelli is inconsistent. Quincy Pondexter, once he gets some confidence, could be pretty good, but he's not nearly there yet.

I'm certain Demps is waiting for a month or so for the players we traded to become available to move together for someone.

And another big that's more than just a big would be nice. I'm hearing Andray Blatche or JaVale McGee are gettable. I'm more partial to Blatche. Something about McGee doesn't give me confidence he'll ever reach his great potential, though he's explosive. Plus Blatche has far more skill and bigs with skill are where the money is these days.

Which is why I say Odom really is the difference maker. Not Kobe, he's a chucker through and through, even though he's the best chucker in the game. Not Gasol, cuz he's too soft and needs to play off someone else. And not Bynum who is never healthy, but between injuries.

It's the 6'10" guy(people need to stop saying he's 7'. He's NOT.) that can play 3 positions and handle the rock and hit from deep that gave us nightmares tonight. Only a similar player can stop that. And I don't see the Hornets getting Perry Jones this June.

Man I wish the Hornets could trade for DeAndre Jordan. Although I'm not sure who the Clippers would want from us. He's like a younger more athletic Tyson Chandler.

Dude seriously needs to get off Oak's nuts. He likes Darko over Oak. Just stop

Hornets have serious depth issues and having Marco and Thornton at the 2 is putrid. It's not about their starting center. Everyone except Hornet fans said the same thing in the off season.. but all I heard was "Thornton can be a 20 PPG scorer". Sure guys.

Big Al's best game as a Jazz; 31 and 10. Gordon Haywards coming out party as he goes for career high 17....Jazz cruise after waking up in the second half. Blake was as stud yet again for the clips going for 30 and 12.

Heh i'm actually fine with Okafor, not exactly gonna find a better center atleast for cheap anyways.

Thornton could be a solid 15-20 ppg scorer, but hasn't gotten his chances this year due to Monty being defensive minded in who gets more minutes(I'm all for guys learning the system tho). He's better then Marco, and I see him eventually having a Jason Terry type role just prolly not as good lol. Right now he's in a mini slump but not nearly as bad as what Marco has been in recently.

Hornets had a sold out crowd today, making it like 4 or 5 straight with 15K+ fans. Slowly improving attendance wise

Today's bit of FB fan wisdom comes from a Kings fan's status. He said he loved Tyreke, and some Laker fan goes and says "Look at Tyreke getting on the scorers table as if he just won a championship, like Kobe and Jordan." Again, I don't know this guy, and I go "Correction, Kobe mimicked that from Jordan, just like a lot of his physical motions and gestures." This guy, I don't even know how he knows I'm a Suns fan, goes....

I didn't make a mistake that warranted a correction. Seeing as you're a Suns fan, I can tell you're bitter from "two-time" not being able to deliver when it counts.4 hours ago
I'm reallllllly not sure what a comment about Tyreke Evans, Kobe, and Jordan has to do with the Suns and Steve Nash.

                        LMFAO.

Missed the Jazz game last night, major bummer as I missed Al Jefferson and Hayward's coming out party. Also missed seeing Blake play. Oh well. I'm just glad the Jazz got the win. Hopefully we get revenge against the Blazers tonight.
