Yeah, he is going to bring Dick Bavetta/Joey Crawford in to roam the cabin on random flights. They have to "respect the game" at all times.

The Scalabrine chants were great tonight. the place went nuts every single time he touched the ball. when he scored, you would of thought they just won game 7 of the finals

That was hilarious, it happens just about every game the Bulls are winning. That said, can someone explain the friggin Scalabrine love to me? It was like this in Boston too and now in Chicago crowds go nuts for this guy like it's 23 stepping on the court.

Lakers/Suns tonight. There should be a prop bet on ESPN's Streak For Cash.

            Which will be more;

Phoenix - Number of threes hit
Los Angeles - Number of times Gasol yells for foul + Fisher flops

I know ya'll were waiting on me to post about Mayo getting the beats, Tony Allen taking his spot in the lineup, playing his best game of the season, and hitting clutch shots down the stretch.

But im not that kinda guy, we are all a team and each part is important, even OJ.

As long as OJ's role is personal punching bag

                  Tony Allen for MVP

Knick's game was fun last night.... But... people need to know that it won't last. All this running and gun... undersize line ups. If they make it to the second round... anything else after is a shock.

And what's with the Spurs thinking this year. They seem like offense first... defense second...

Also Lakers need to wake up on defense. Even though they won last night. A lot of defensive laps last night.

Spurs don't play elite defense anymore. IMO. I don't care what the stats say either. They don't have the players for that these days.

Couple that with their lack of depth [compared to the other powers] and the fact that Timmay is simply not going to dominate an entire playoff run [IMO] and that's why I don't see them stacking up against LA. Manu/Parker/Jefferson/Neal/Hill will have to play out of their minds in the post season to rep the west. I don't see them overpowering/outgunning LA.

LA still has the components to play elite defense, they will get it together when it counts.

Wow , thanks for raining on the parade. I think every REAL Knicks fan knows that we won't be getting a ring this year or anything like that. Most of us will be happy with a good showing in round one of the playoffs. Anything above that will be gravy, wont say a shock but gravy. But can we at least get to enjoy the ride while it lasts?

That's the one thing I HATE hearing people say. "they will get it together when it counts"... I hate hearing that because people make it seem. Oh... We are just going to cruise for now. And not fix any of the problem. And then fix it when it means the most. You have to show championship habits. I know it's a long season.

It is what it is. The Spurs, Lakers etc. etc. have done this for years now I'm not sure why you hate it so much because it's the truth. The regular season matters little to certain teams.

Especially in certain years when competition is lower, and/or there are injuries to star players.

On the flipside you can have overachieving teams like the Cavs of late or the Mavs when they won a bunch of regular season games etc. etc. where regular season records mean squat since once playoff basketball hits, they're still lacking vital components to get a title.

This LA team isn't lacking in any such area. They have the most complete team in the west. They have supposedly the best player in the world and one of the best coaches in the world.
