Two points, three fouls, one rebound. Why WOULD he play that much?

Fact is that we have way too many players. And Gortat is playing much better than Lopez now. We started both of them tonight, and I didn't really like that. I'd rather have one 7-footer on at all times. Besides, I still think he's kinda hurt. Ever since he got hurt last year, he's been hesitant on the court.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him traded, though I don't particularly want him to go. Love having two 7 footers. But, it'd be nice to get a PF instead.

Am I missing any? And note that it does not have to be any particular player on your favorite team. Just someone you don't like. For instance, there is not one player on the Lakers I don't like. But I cant stand Big Baby's ***. It used to be Ginobli, but I havent watched him play in a minute so my feelings have softened on him. lol

Sorry JBH. Checmate beat you to him. Is there another player you'd like to claim? lol

Jazz/Hawks last night really showed how much Paul Millsap means to the Jazz. And that we still can't defend the 3-point line.

Man, that Spurs/Celtics game sounds awesome. Wish I could've watched it.

If I were the Cavs front office I'd be having a fire sale right now.


Even though we'd be lucky to get some belly button lint for anybody on our roster... except maybe Andy, but even he's not worth much of anything.

He's gotta be worth something. Noah is apparently worth a Carmelo and I've had people tell me that Noah and Andy are the same player before. Not saying any names

This guy's going to post this same exact thing after every Hornet loss

Hornets won't ever compete until you get:

1. Depth
2. Real shooting guards

Oh and you would need to keep Oak or replace him with a center who can nearly average a double double like Oak does, as well as address those two issues.

But keep on somehow ignoring those two glaring holes and blame it on Okafor of all people.

When you are the 2nd highest paid player on the team I expect you to be an impact player. Ofcourse we have other holes I never said we didn't ,but once again when your making over 10mil a season you can't just be average.

We can get pretty much the same production for a quarter of his salary. So we can fill the other holes. His lack of consistent production is the biggest hole. No opposing team is thinking "Oh what do we do about Emeka on offense or defense". I don't hate Oka personally ,but I don't see 11million dollar worth of production on the court. So why would I want my team to keep a player this grossly over-paid? Especially when my team has other holes.

If Okafor was an actual scoring threat we could get away with spotty play at the off guard position. BUT since we can't consistently throw the ball into the post and get buckets from our center we have to rely more on slumping Bellineli and streaky Thornton.

It's not his fault Charlotte was dumb enough to give him that massive deal as an RFA.

I never blame the player for their contract ,but at the same time has contract vs. his production his hurting my team so I want him gone.

There is a difference between saying that Oak is grossly overpaid and that Oak is the reason you guys aren't contenders.

You hardly if ever mention NO's larger deficiencies anytime you go on the offensive on Oakfor.

It more seems like you're putting most of if not all of the blame on Oak's shoulders.. especially when you say 'we won't compete until we get a real center'.

Like I said, no you won't compete until you address the two larger issues. And good luck finding a center up to par with Oak for a fraction of that price. Capable and productive centers don't exactly grow on trees. BTW obviously teams don't scheme for Oak, not many teams scheme for centers these days. West is obviously your go to man in the post, so NO's just needs someone to play hard defense and average close to 10 boards a game.

I expect my 11million dollar center to do more than just play good post defense and grab a few rebounds. He needs to be a scoring threat or an intimadating defender Oka is neither.

So either I want my 11million dollar center to be a "real" center or I'll take a 2million dollar center and spend that extra 9mil on some better depth or a better 2guard. Either way Okafor is hurting my team the most so he is problem #1 that needs to be solved. We can't compete with this much invested in a guy who is giving us basically the bare minimal.
