And like I said, I still think it was ridiculous to predict that team(even before ANYTHING happened on that team)to call them a Top 4 team with one Superstar and a bunch one timers and role players and no it's not the same as Lebron in Cleveland.

How about this: The Hornets will NEVER be anything higher the 4th best team in the West. The one year they did it was the exception will not be the norm and I'm willing place any amount of $$$ on that.

There you go throwing around bets like that makes you right. Your 1st bet was ridiculous you taking the field for even money. Now your making what is essentially a life time bet. Lol.

Anyways like I said the team I endorsed had the best record in the league. And immediately after the trade we went down hill. You can't possibly think that was a coincidence?

Yea, your team had the best record for the first month or so, and??? The Wizards once had the best record in the Eastern Conference at the ASB and how's everything turned out for them since? Ya'll need to do a hell of lot more than just having the best record 1/4 of the way into the season for me to even attempt to becoming a believer of ya'll.

Your argument is so vague.

There are way too many variables to make a comment either way. 1st we have to keep CP3 and have him stay healthy. If he stays there's no telling what kind of FA we can pull in. I already gave my opinion about and D12/CP3 connection in New Orleans. Like I said nobody knows what the future holds. Paul could bolt to the NYK or Orlando and we could suck for years.

No it isn't. I have a HIGHER chance of being wrong about this than I do being right.

How about this: The Nets will win a championship(with or without Deron)before the Hornets will even make their Conference Finals(with or without Paul)is that better? That right there shows how much confident I am in that Franchise, PERIOD.

So just to make sure I'm clear:

-The Hornets will NEVER(regardless of who's there or not)be anything higher than the 4th best team in the West(not league)
-Ya'll will NEVER win a Championship or even be a SERIOUS threat to win it EVER regardless of who's there or not.
-The Nets will WIN a championship(with or without Deron)before the Hornets even make a Conference Finals, with or without CP3 and who else is there.

Damn Pack WTH? I think you need to pump the brakes a little on this one. At least on the Nets winning a championship before the Hornets make a Conference Finals. The Nets ain't winning ish anytime soon and the Hornets can flunk they're way into a WCF appearance at some point in the next five to ten years. The road in the West is going to be a lot less grueling with the Lakers on they're last legs while the road in the East is under construction for a super highway.

I feel like crap right now and on top of that I'm 50/50 on going to this Nets/Knicks game tomorrow night which means it's a good possibility I'll be stuck with tickets to game I may not be able to go to or can't sell either SMH.

You're missing my point though.

I'm not that much confident in the Nets going back to their 2001-03 ways any time soon or being some big threat to the future Heat Dynasty. But I'm more confident in them doing that than the Hornets and that shows how much confidence I have in that franchise and I got more jokes on my team than any other team right now LOL.

Put it like this: The Russian has basically guaranteed a Championship in 5 years and as ridiculous as I think that sounds, I'd put my money on that happening than I would on a Hornets WCF Appearance.

We don't even know who the owner will be and you already killed the franchise chances to make a conference finals. A conference finals we were 1 game away from with an above average team. Ok sure. That makes sense, but my projection for the Hornets this year was unbelievable? There are waaaay too many uncertainties to make those kind of predictions. But if it makes you feel good talking like that please carry on.

Bottom line, your franchise is **** and will never ever be anything other than **** and I'm setting myself up to look like a big fool(wouldn't be the first time and won't be the last)about this too but that's a chance I have no problem taking because I have absolutely no confidence in that Franchise ever doing anything ever again.

But I'll drop it for now because this thread isn't about what Pack thinks of the Hornets, it's about the remaining games left this season. You feel the need to overrate your team, which I understand because that comes with being a homer and I'm just being realistic with them in that I don't think they will ever amount to anything other than a middle of the pack NBA team. Plain and simple.
