My point is these teams have little to no chance anyways. In a 7 game series true upsets are very unlikely. So while the Bulls most likely will move on because they are facing the Pacers their seeding gives them little advantage(if any) the remainder of their games. Would you rather have the easiest road and home field advantage ofcourse ,but that alone will not get you very far in a best of 7 playoff format.

Re: Western Conference Playoffs - First Round Discussion Thread
To me it's simple...
-The more tough teams you play, the higher your chance of not making the finals.
-Home court advantage is huge.
-And with the more games you play (because you are facing better competition), you get less rest for your team and also increase the chances of having an injury to a key guy.
So Throne, while I agree that you are going to have to go through the best to get to the finals anyway. I'd much rather have my team not have to do it after two long, tiresome, drawn out series before hand.Comment

Re: Western Conference Playoffs - First Round Discussion Thread
Yeah I think there are sub discussions within that discussion as far as seeding.
For upcoming title contenders, HCA is crucial. Teams like Chicago, OKC, Miami they probably "need" HCA more than Boston, SA or LA. Teams that have been together longer probably won't fret as much if they don't have HCA and if they have the talent to get a ring.
I don't know there are a lot of dimensions to that topic. I guess I was approaching it from a different level.Comment

NO 109-100 LAL, tsk tsk. Perfect example of regular season not meaning squat. Paul was a beast. Hey Lakers, how bout not letting Pau guard Paul? Absolutely terrible defense, Kobe just let himself get stuck on Pau's defender. Not to worry though, we'll bounce back Wednesday.Lakers | Michigan | DodgersComment

Also, I'd prefer they come out and admit they messed up than to just brush it off and pretend like it didn't happen.Originally posted by bradtxmaleI like 6 inches. Its not too thin and not too thick. You get the support your body needs.

^^ Agreed ^^
This is why I like the NFL so much. Their system isn't perfect by any means. But it is very clean in my opinion. There is not much of a grey area like the NBA.
I think the NCAA has down pack in my opinion. I love their system.Hands Down....Man Down - 2k9 memories
