    Must win game for Dallas?

    Must win for LA? Sure.

Still though, even if LA were to lose tonight, its not like they could not just roll out 4 straight. They're a capable team, and I'm not suggesting that this would have anything to do w/ the circumstances of Dallas/Miami.

I actually don't think the Lakers have the fundmentals to come back from a 0-3 hole.

And no, I don't buy it being a must win for Dallas. Come on,

For LA obviously it's a must win, you're not coming back from 0-3

^^ Thank You ^^ hearing all these people say the pressure is on the Mavs made me break down and start laughing uncontrolling at my desk.

Lets give the Mavs their due, theyre up 2-0 going home...

Ive heard people talking sweep and after that "no way theyre winning game 2"
Well they have, gotta give em props.

Theres a reason not alot of teams have come back from 0-2.

I will bet my house, Benz and bank account that LA would not come back from 0-3.

By what you guys are saying, if the Lakers win tonight that puts the pressure on the Mavs. If losing tonight puts the pressure on them somehow then that's even more pressure for them right now. The Lakers are so damn arrogant that being down 0-3 isn't going to bother them because they KNOW they're good enough to rattle off four straight against the Mavs if they get their **** together and play the ball that's won them back-to-back titles. Dirk's legacy is staring him right in the face starting tonight. The pressure is on Dallas cause every loss puts that pair of hands around they're throats. Yeah the Lakers need to win tonight, but not half as much as the Mavs do for they're own psyches.
The Mavericks need to win, but tonight is not a must win.

There are 5 games left. The Lakers have to win 4 of them to advance to the next round. The way the media is trying to spin this off on Dallas is laughable. I'll admit I know the Mavericks history, and I know LA's as well.. I've done it myself and doubted Dallas because they have a tendency to under perform when the lights are brightest, whereas LA seems to always find a way.. but the pressure has to be on the road team down 2 games...

Since it hasn't been brought up yet, expect to see a sea of blue as Dallas is handing out shirts for this gam0e and probably will encourage more crowd interaction for tonight's game. The Lakers will need to come out the gate gunning because the crowd will probably play a factor tonight more so than in prior games at the AAC.

Of the 18 times and home team drops the first 2 games of a series. Only 3 of them have come back to win the series. I keep saying...

I'm reading it could be Odom starting tonight.

F it, go out with gunz blazing

Play Kobe 40 minutes, play Odumb 40 minutes, f it.

This is where you put the pedal to the metal. Dallas crowd is gonna be bananas tonight, no time to play Blake/Brown/Barnes SMH

Well then...it's been done 3 times.

Which means its not like it can ever not be accomplished again.

I'm not saying I'm rooting for it, or feel it will happen. I'm saying I'm not going to throw the gauntlet down - as stranger things have happened.

I think Odom would clog the floor a little too much, which DAL has already shown they can defend against...I would start Barnes....

Totally agree there...They would have no bench if Odom starts.

Yeah I would start Barnes too, but definitely not Shannon. Moving Kobe to the 3 against Marion is not a good look.

They wouldn't have a bench with Odom starting, but at this point you have to go all in. Kobe/Odom/Pau are gonna have to play virtually the entire game anyway.

Hopefully this will be the kick in the butt they need and pull out a W, then can go back to normal rotation and normal minutes in game 4.

But Dallas bench has been awesome. I couldn't imagine Phil going all in and leaving Luke Walton to come off the bench.
