Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
What I love is reading people like Darren Rovell who said that their wouldn't be basketball until February now say that he always knew that losing a season wasn't in danger because both sides couldn't afford it.Comment

Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
So we are all agreed:
Matrix, your job is to put a penny on a string and occupy Sarver for the day. I'm going to dress up in a LeBron jersey and stand out in front of Gilbert's house and mock him. 24th, I need you to stall Peter Holt. I don't know how, but damn it, do it.
And someone has to man up and get Garnett out of the country. Preferably in the middle east or Australia.Comment

Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
Quick Question: Were they meeting in Small Groups or Large Groups?
Because if it's the former, then I refuse to get my hopes up because the issue has been when they got together in large groups and that's where things would **** up at and there's still time for that to happen.
Until I see the words "The Lockout is Over", I ain't buying a damn thing they're saying.#RespectTheCultureComment

Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
That type of thing makes me want to go insane. I think my innocence in that regard was lost in 2004, when every national writer and analyst insisted the Los Angeles Lakers would undoubtedly sweep the Detroit Pistons in the NBA Finals. Two weeks later, everyone's discussing how they knew Detroit's defense was just going to be too much for L.A. to overcome. From that point on, I took in media-relayed information with an increased skepticism. I mean, I was weary before, but now I really take everything with a grain of salt.Comment

^^^^^
SAS was SUCH a douche covering the 2004 Finals... Greg Anthony should have been all over him but he held back...
Anyway, while im not fully invested in all the hype, theres no the denying the mood of these two groups has changed for the better....Comment
