        FYI, Kessler has been a part of the last NHL and NFL lockouts. He was removed from the negotiations in both of them. I have no idea why he was a part of the NBA negotiations.

                      According to Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo! Sports, David Stern has received authority to make "minor system alterations" to the league's latest labor offer in an effort to end the lockout.

                                He's the one that started all of the puffed up stuff about how they wont be bullied and calling Stern a plantation owner and all of this crap over the last few days

                                All of a sudden guys like Jason Kapono comes out of sky blue talking about how he wont be bullied and so on

                                That's why Stern called the guy devisive and he's right, hence his last stints with the nfl.. the guy is a cancer to the process
