      DwyaneWade Dwyane Wade
@NBA why are all your "system solutions" only impacting the PLAYERS?? What have the owners giving up of significance??

That's not remotely close to being true.

What they are saying is: The last CBA is unreasonably tilted towards the players, this deal is fair. And it is a fair deal. It's just the players are being stupid and think it's unfair because of precedent. It's a stupidity cycle that is feeding itself.

And it's as if Stern is pointing out that they agreed to a system that only benefitted the players and all it did was hurt the league's economics.

This time they want a deal that is fair to everyone.

Which is a key point and one I think fans in support of the owners' proposal believe.

The owners aren't asking for their own 57%. They want a deal that they believe creates balance. The players seemingly want a deal that benefits them.

Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion

                  I have read the proposal.

I see nothing that is "worse" than the current system.

Sooo...why aren't the players accepting the deal again?

The players keep saying that the new offer is worse but never state how it's worse.

Because they don't know. They're either not taking it upon themselves to be informed about the proposal or they're being misinformed by agents, reps, or other players.
As Shaquille O'Neal left the Suns practice court, he yelled out, "Alvin's the coach. We must be the Clippers. And I must be Olowokandi. Nooooo!"

Anyway, questions are done being answered

Honestly I would like to know what is this worse thing thats on here

Why does this one deserve to be rejected as not good enough?

So I hear some of these players don't really know what they're mad at(other than the Owners)when they keep saying, "Oh this is a bad deal, this isn't fair" blah, blah, blah.

Should we really be shocked by that at this point?
