Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
I guess the one way they could attack the league for not, "bargaining in good faith" is the artificial deadlines set by David Stern and that there would not be anymore accepted proposals.

I honestly can't blame him one bit. They just wasted his time anyway, knowing what they were going to do and how they fed all of this false information out over the weekend...Comment

I would bet they detest him, but they sure do respect him and without he has strong influence over the players. This guy has a status in the NBA and it's undeniable.Comment

NBA, 1946-2011
OK, I'm being a bit dramatic but you wonder how many fans will come back after all of this. The hardcore rooters will be there, but the casuals? Not so sure.New Jersey Devils- 1995, 2000, 2003
New York Giants- 1927, 1934, 1938, 1956, 1986, 1990, 2007.

Re: NBA Lockout and Collective Bargaining Agreement Discussion
It took a few years for baseball, though. The sport really didn't get back to its pre-strike popularity until the McGwire/Sosa home run chase in 1998.New Jersey Devils- 1995, 2000, 2003
