Nene to Dallas is a no go championship-wise, Chandler is a great shot blocker and plays well on the boards, and the contrary Nene is at best an average defender and is terrible on the boards for a Center. Chandler was pretty much the missing piece for a Mavs championship, and Nene won't fill the void.

I don't see why the Nets would go after Nene, I would take Lopez over Nene due to age & potential. Moreover as mentioned the Lopez-Nene combo would be terrible.

Only destination I see for Nene is GSW or staying in Denver. I really hope we don't dare to overpay him.

Nene unfortunately gets into foul trouble too much, he disappears under pressure (mostly at the end of games) and as stated he doesnt do all of those things he does well at the beginning of games...he needs to work on finishing strong

So Tyson is leaving Dallas. That pretty much kills their chances of repeat this year. Unless they find a replacement. I don't think their are any other Tyson Chandlers on the market.

I don't think he's necessarily leaving though, he's just making sure Cuban knows that he's not playing around.

No amnesty for Wizards’ Lewis

The agent for Rashard Lewis said the Washington Wizards told him they don’t plan to use the league’s amnesty clause on the forward.

Jim Buss has finally has dropped his opposition to trading Andrew Bynum "for the right deal", according to a source.

That right deal would almost certainly mean Dwight Howard, who is believed to be highly interested in joining the Lakers.

Some in the agent community have speculated that Bynum may not be the player Orlando would want and that a three-way trade involving Andrew Bogut could be consummated.

Jamal Crawford's been courted by several teams according to Adam Kennedy. He's in a nice position to either sign with a contender as a 6th man or get paid by a team with cap room.

A number of teams made calls to Crawford’s camp on Wednesday including the New Jersey Nets, New Orleans Hornets, Chicago Bulls, Miami Heat, Los Angeles Lakers, Dallas Mavericks, Phoenix Suns and Portland Trail Blazers, according to sources close to the situation.

Crawford was recruited by a number of players during the offseason at charity games and training sites. LeBron James and LaMarcus Aldridge even made pitches on Twitter, which led to speculation that he could sign in Miami or Portland.

EDIT: I'm thinking Crawford is the 3rd most likely person to be overpaid, after Nene and Chandler.
