Isnt Boston's cap situation going forward already looking great?

They have no need to do anything to clear cap space out drastically

Makes no sense whatsoever. I feel Laker Rumors are probably the worst kinds of rumors in the nba
I’m hoping that is a rumor because I wouldn’t want Ainge to go down as the dumbest GM in the last couple of years and tarnish his accomplishments. Ainge did a masterful job of re-building the Celtics to a championship team in one year when he got Allen and Garnett. BUT not only that, him acquiring guys like PJ Brown and James Posey and keeping some players away from the Garnett deal like Rajon Rondo. That supporting cast from the 2008 championship team really helped a lot.

Although I don’t think Ainge trading Perkins wasn’t dumb but a mistake which some GM’s would make. BUT this deal of Rondo for Gasol is a deal that most sensible GM’s would stay away from.

I've noticed on here alot of rumors and stories aren't trusted very much so I'm curious as to which rumors are ok to trust? The ones that involve bums and role players because if it's one that involves a big name player, those are never true on here.

Well without a doubt, you've never seen Hoopsworld break a trade have you?

You can always dismiss unreliable sources as fast as they post

or some unknown blog site having the lone scoop on a blockbuster trade

            Broussard... class of his own

Honestly, teams throw out stuff and agents as well into the media around this time of year and they're never real trade discussions

Oh I agree, I was just wondering what constitutes as a rumor being true to you guys lol.

But from what I've seen over the years, some stories/rumors are also too good to not be completely dismissed altogether although this Rondo/Gasol deal is one that can be tossed out the window for all I care because that move makes no sense at all for Boston.

Besides Carmelo to NY, what was the last rumor that actually came true?

Waste of keystrokes even discussing these stupid rumors.

I'm sure there are plenty if we really think about it. Hell, Duhwight is about to be number 2 real soon.

I don't consider every story/rumor that comes to be true completely, but I also won't rule them out and disregard them just because it may not make sense. Some stories, whether it involves a player being moved or something else going on, don't just come out unless there is a reason behind it.

Restricted free agent forward Wilson Chandler plans to re-sign with Nuggets once he returns from China, his agent Chris Luchey told Y!Sports

Luchey tells Y! there is "significant interest" from other teams, but Chandler will re-sign either to rest of season or long-term with DEN.

                            Not gonna happen.
