Kobe's stubborn *** will never retire. They will have to kick him out of the league.

Marvin Williams has requested a trade. Could be a good piece. If I'm Sacramento, I think I make a play for him. I'd try to unload Thornton, but no one in their right mind would take on his contract.

        Reke
        Salmons
        Williams
        Thompson or Hayes
        Cousins

Could be a nice group going forward. In the next year or so, they could look for a permanent fix at the two spot. They would still have dead weight to get rid of (mainly Outlaw). Don't know why they signed him anyway.

I'll trade him for the carcass of Ronnie Brewer right now.

You mean like a lot of other guy's in the league? MJ? Lol.

These guys have earned the right to leave whenever the please. Stubborn seems a bit harsh, but IMO he's not the type of guy who's gonna play in the league dropping below 20 PPG. At that point I think he'd just say f it, unless I can score a bunch I'm out. He's already said something like that recently.

Earlier today, word broke from Chris Broussard of ESPN that the Atlanta Hawks’ Marvin Williams “wants out because he wants to play somewhere where he’ll have an increased role offensively.” Williams himself has since gotten word of the rumor, and he’s adamant that it’s not true.

“He vehemently denies ever asking for a trade and said, ‘you know that’s not me,’” Hawks PR man Arthur Triche tweeted.

I swear Broussard is such a joke. That dude should be banned from "reporting" on basketball or anything for that matter. Such a joke.

I was just gonna say, since when is a guy like Marvin Williams allowed to demand a trade? This isn't My Player.

Seems like Miami or Portland make the most sense. Can this guy still play a little?

Joel Przybilla is expected to decide on Wednesday which team he will sign with for the remainder of the season.

Przybilla is picking between the Heat, Bulls, Bucks or Blazers.

"I think Portland is always the sentimental favorite for obvious reasons," agent Bill Duffy said. "Joel has a home here and he had the best years of his career here. And at this particular time, it looks like he is needed, too."

I agree... I wonder is Miami is shopping for kaman though if the NBA renegs on the high price tag

but yeah those two teams would be good for him if he can still play
