I wouldn't go as far to say that the Lakers were getting the wrong end of the stick in the Paul deal. BUT If I'm the Lakers and I'm looking to win the championship this year, I'd take my chances with Gasol instead of Paul. Yeah, I know, Gasol wore a dress in the playoffs last year. BUT we all know when Gasol wears his 'hard hat', the Lakers are a championship team. NOW, if this is a semi-rebuilding project for the Lakers and they're more concerned about the future, then Chris Paul would be the choice.

What is taking place with the Hornets right now just ensured that the team will either be contracted or moved(most likely moved).

The Magic filing tampering charges is very shrewd.

1- It puts Dwight in a bind because it basically muzzles him telling ownership where he wants to go.

2- I think...they'd be able to get draft picks if they do end up trading him (I believe)?

May just force him to stay in Orlando.

              Either way...it's very clever.

And @ Grant Hill using the Knicks as leverage again to get a bigger contract from Phoenix. Talking about he wasn't sure where he was gonna go when he was training in Phoenix every single day.

Agree 100%. Perhaps on the owners agenda knowing no one's buying that franchise now.

Dang, I don't like this trade for the Magic, I think Bass > Davis.
Maybe Davis can refuse to show up to camp.
