I hope Sean Williams knows how to play basketball now. Guy just wasn't able to get it while playing on the Nets.

Athletic as hell but literally one of the dumbest players to possibly play in the NBA and this was while playing with Kidd. Off the court, he was an even bigger fool so I wouldn't expect much from him as far as on the court performance goes either.

I hope he does good and hopefully that time overseas humbled him some but...once a fool, always a fool.

Is it weird that Afflalo, Dalembert, etc. etc. haven't signed contracts yet? I'm a little surprised about that.

Martin won't be back, unless he accepted a minimum offer. Denver has said they will match all offers for Chandler, so I expect him back, especially since they let Gary Forbes walk.

Denver is going to be a solid team this year. They thrived in the "no stars" environment after the Melodramatic trade, and I think that team basketball concept carries over into this season.

Look out for Mozgov, too. He won't score a ton, but he's going to do a lot of dirty work and agitate the opposition with his play.

                    Regarding Affalo.

Just going up on ESPN online: Sources say Nuggets and restricted free agent Arron Afflalo agree to five-year deal in excess of $43 million according to Marc Stein.
Nice, Decision to re-sign him. Very underrated player.

I don't know if he's changed his attitude or not....but Nancy Lieberman gave him great reviews for the Mavs when he played with their D-League team the Texas Legends. Said he has matured since his time in New Jersey.

Dallas plays a lot of zone defense so he could be a good fit if her reports are right about him.

For those unfamiliar with Williams he's pretty much like everyone stated already a freak athelete and he has some nice skills. His shot blocking is probably what the Mavs covet the most.
