Anyway, not surprised at ESPN jumping the gun
The Kings are basically a bunch of college kids with millions of dollars and they want to be stars.

Yeah, they need a vet badly, and I wouldn't be surprised if another guy came out and wanted to be traded. Not even a 30+ guy, just someone who's been in the league for a while and knows how the business goes.

I'm not even sure which team Cousins would go to.

The ideal fit IMO is Boston, but I'm pretty sure they don't have the assets to get it done.

Actually, maybe Washington. He's played with Wall in Kentucky so it'd be an alright fit. And it would basically be headcases for headcases.

Trade Cousins to Golden State for something like Udoh and Thompson

        Then they'd have:

        Curry
        Ellis
        Wright
        Lee
        Cousins

Only problem is he may not get enough touches for his liking there with Curry, Ellis, and Lee starting
        Chicago Bulls
        Chicago Bears
        Wisconsin Badgers

The fact that he is even demanding a trade is hilarious in itself. DeMarcus, remind me again, what have you accomplished? Oh, that's right, nothing. Come on son.

I blame 2K. Demarcus has obviously been playing too much My Player.

I've heard LA offered Pau for Kevin Love.

              Nice try though.

Yeah, very nice try. If that went down, I'd stop watching the NBA altogether.

I wonder how they come up with that kind of trades. Even in 2K12 it woudn't work.

Call me crazy, but I'll take Demarcus Cousins here in Boston.

I'm a huge Kentucky hoops fan. And saw this kid dominate when he wanted to. We don't have a big banger since the bad trade of Kendrick Perkins. And his stock is low ... like "the Kings must hate this kid by now" low. You put him around Pierce, KG and Ray, and you've got the best starting 5 in hoops and a young, future all star. And the words "young" and "all star" don't exactly extend past Rondo on that aging Boston roster.

Thanks for acting up again Demarcus. I hope it leads you East.

Kings: Cousins banished after trade plea

The Sacramento Kings and DeMarcus Cousins abruptly began to sever ties Sunday after the team said the promising young center demanded a trade.

Really interesting, and I think it kills my Kings-Magic hypothetical lol.

Supposedly Cousins did NOT request a trade, but simply said something along the lines of "If you think I'm so bad, then why don't you trade me?" Regardless, it looks bad on Cousins lol.

Cousins has fans? Also it's been said a veteran team like Boston would probably be a good fit for cousins, he needs leadership.
