Scalabrine can actually knock down some shots when he's in the game and he has the comedic value of being the goofy looking white dude that you can't believe is on an NBA roster not to mention the uncanny resemblance to Jackie Moon. Juwan Howard contributes absolutely nothing to any team he's been on for quite some time now. Not to mention I don't recall seeing more of Scalabrine showing up with the Larry O'Brien trophy and just generally making sure he got more face time in the wake of the win than KG, Allen and Pierce. I've seen more Juwan than Dwyane Wade in championship photos/video/everything.

How did Kyrie not already have your respect? Oh right he had to challenge The Devil first.

Lol at the thought of 1000 year old Kobe one on one with 18 year old Kyrie Irving

If Kyrie got the ball first, the old man would never get it back

At this point, beating Kobe one on one probably isn't something to be ultra proud of. Especially since most people already know his defense isn't anything to write home about

Kob will never give an inch in terms of talking smack. First it was the 92 Dream Team now this. lmbo, whether he's trolling or he's being serious, it's damn funny to see how corny this guy is

From a technical, message board analyst (actually anywhere analyst) perspective it isn't saying much. From an 18 year old player's perspective I'm sure it still means a lot. It'd be different if we were talking about Jordan today but Kobe is still one of the best in the league. Any young kid would feel good about beating him just because.

                    Yep, that goes without saying.

In reality, everyone knows that getting by Bryant isn't the most difficult thing for the average pro basketball player to do these days... I should actually say for the past two or three years...

I dont think there would be anything Kyrie could do to stop Kobe once he got the ball.

You guys act as if Kobe's ancient. He's only 33. Last time I hooped, I don't remember the 30 year olds getting their *** handed to them by the young bucks.

                        Kobe's pretty ancient though, lol.

If he got the ball first, he'd obviously be in a better position. Kobe can't do **** except post up and shoot jumpers/fadeaways... so Kyrie wouldn't really have to do much else except wait til Kobe bricks a jumper

If Kyrie got the ball first... it could be curtains...

And also, I'm sure the last time you hooped, it wasn't with NBA caliber players like Kryie Irving... lmbo

Only 34. Kobe is about to be 34 next month. There is a difference to being Only 33 and actually being 34.

well you have to remember, I didn't see much of him in college, and barely saw the cavs play.... so I didn't really know about his game...

One on One though, you can't call foul for stuff that would be a foul in the NBA, or you look like a little girl. Kobe is going to be beating on Kyrie like a rented mule, somewhat negating his quickness and his handles.
