Re: NBA Off Topic
Their original colors are fine.
As for those alternates, I'm the type of person that believes most Uniforms look better in motion than taking stillshots(Seattle Seahawks come to mind in this example). But those are horrible because they don't have any connection to their current colors or logo at all.#RespectTheCultureComment

I like those Thunder alts better than the standard unis they have. Wouldn't surprise me if the alt is a test run for a uniform overhaul with that template.
They kinda remind me of an ABA uniform.HELLO BROOKYLN.

The woman who sent this in is concerned that Duncan, whose charitable foundation aids underprivileged youth, is "setting a bad example for the kids."
SMH what a dumb bitch. Alot of fans perceptions and demands for players are unrealistic, like Duncan has a duty to be happy someone is taking a video of him.Comment

Mike Brown's son receives death threats on Twitter:
You’ve got to be a pathetic, heartless individual to fire up twitter and then attack the high school son of an NBA coach because your favorite team is struggling. Seriously, who does that? From the OC Register:
some fans’ ire Wednesday was directed at Brown’s son, Elijah, who plays basketball at Mater Dei High. The Lakers coach, though, had no idea his son had received threats on Twitter despite having a friend monitor his son’s account.
Elijah, a 6-foot-3 senior guard for California-power Mater Dei, is a mid-major D1 prospect. He has offers from James Madison, Akron, Toledo and Kent State, among others.
Steve Blake’s wife Kristen rushed to Elijah’s defense when she saw what was happening. But some fans’ ire Wednesday was directed at Brown’s son, Elijah, who plays basketball at Mater Dei High. The Lakers coach, though, had no idea his son had received threats on Twitter despite having a friend monitor his son’s account.
“That’s news to me,” Brown said after Thursday’s practice. “I will alert Lakers security.
“That’s the tough part about this business. To go after somebody’s family or something like that is, in my opinion, just ridiculous. It’s stupid, crazy, whatever you want to call it. They (family members) have nothing to do with what’s going on right now.”
Elijah Brown seemed unfazed by the comments, posting on Twitter that “Coaches fault when they lose but players glory when they win.. I’m not trippin well be straight!”
The coach’s son did receive support from Lakers’ family members — Kristen Blake, Steve’s wife, and Daniel Artest, the brother of Metta World Peace. Steve Blake and his family received death threats on Twitter during last season’s playoffs.
Kristen Blake wrote on Twitter: “Leave Mike Brown’s son alone. What’s wrong with u people?! Stop attacking FAMILIES! How would you feel if YOUR family was treated like that?”
Artest wrote: “Leave my homie @elijah_brown_4 alone tho. Says a lot about u attacking a kid online over a damn game”
Said Brown: “People change with the times, that’s human nature when things are good, everybody loves you and when things aren’t good, people tend not to love you, and people show that in different ways. It’s part of life.
“But in terms of threats, if there are threats, it’s something I take serious because I shouldn’t happen to Steve Blake. It shouldn’t happen to Dwight. It shouldn’t happen to my kid. It’s ridiculous.”Comment
