I'm sure he'd be good for a hometown discount too.

I think someone said it last night. But when you look at the way Ron Artest at 6'7 260 moves and LeBron James at 6'8 250+. LeBron is truthly a BEAST. Ring or no ring. He will always be the guy who mixed it all together very well. Like Larry Bird, Magic and Jordan had a baby with Candace Parker lol. I know people get confused when I use Larry Birds name. But I'm talking about Larry Bird basketball I.Q. and other stuff besides shooting.

        <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/fO4_yqMBlJM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

But Lakers really haven't beaten any good teams yet. I expected them to play a much better game last night. They are really missing Odom off the bench.

LOL @ that TNT dialogue. I don't think Shaq will make it past this season.

Here is the real question. It's obvious the Lakers have trouble on offense. Without the triangle it really looks like a mess. Do they feed the post like they did for the last 2 games? Or do they let Kobe go on a crazy run like he did early in the month? In my opinion, Kobe going crazy should be the last opition. I don't think they will last long with Kobe trying to score as many points as possible. I still think they should feed the post way more. And play off of that. I couldn't believe that Gasol scored a season high last night (26 points). Worst was that he hasn't scored over 20 in the last 4-5 games. That's crazy! The Lakers are the best in the league when the ball is moving around.

Speaking of moving, Best weakside help defenders in the league. Maybe that's a little bit too much. I know people complain about the Heat defense gambling too much. But you can't deny their rotates are some of the best in the league. I got to give Erik Spo credit. By trapping the ball and forcing jump passes. The Heat have some of the best weakside defender in the league. Any little turnover becomes a highlight play the other way.

And seriously. What the hell is wrong with Mike Brown letting Kobe play for 41 minutes ? Something has to change about this team, I didn't even saw the game, just watched some highlights and the box score. And it baffles me to see a 33 year old Kobe playing for 41 minutes with a game against the Magic next day.

Come on Lake show, let's bring an A game for god's sake. Even being such a huge fanboy of Kobe/Lakers we have to stop that madness around the court.

Shaq just ruins "Inside The NBA" point blank period, I didn't like c-webb up there at first either but he started to grow on but shaq is just horrible. For someone who has been in the league that long, he sure doesn't have any good analysis he just says basic things that even I could go up there and say

I think I would be a better choice up there instead of shaq

I agree, well expect about the part about you being a better choice.

C-Webb brought some insight and break down. Shaq brings nothing. He's there like it's some casual meeting at Denny's for breakfast.

Mike brown is terrible with Players' minutes. If you recall he barely seated LeBron during his Coaching with the Cavs, at one point he got LeBron to average 42.5 MPG.

From what I heard...Kobe told Mike Brown to keep him in the game.

I despise seeing Darius Morris on the floor. I know he's a rookie and has plenty of figuring out to do or whatever, but he looks like he is far from prepared for the moment. Why are we tinkering with a rookie who lacks professional experience instead of trying to find some sort of other answer at the PG position. The terrible bench the Lakers have had over the years, is even worse this year, to the point where it's devastating not having STEVE BLAKE available.

The Lakers have many, many problems. They lack any type of perimeter shooting presence. I can go on and on. Not sure where this team goes, but it needs to go somewhere (besides the garbage bin).

Before the game winner he hit in Dallas...Lakers fans were saying the same thing about Fisher.

                                Morris needs time.

The thing I don't understand is why did the Lakers...particularly on offense...look so good in the preseason.

Same goes for the Knicks actually.

Possibly both teams have already tuned out their coaches.
And not surprisingly...both teams have Iso players who are not giving up the ball. I read in the last 5 games...Melo has shot 35-102 from the field.
