    PG: Brandon
    SG: Ellis
    SF: Dunleavy
    PF: Illyasova
    C: Zeller

That's a really scary team in transition (aside from Dunleavy. If Tobias can continue to develop nicely...that's a 5-6 team in the East).

I personally want no part of Henson and Austin Rivers plays like =
Zeller is the guy I want as well. In order, I want: Zeller, PJIII, Jeremy Lamb, Meyers Leonard, Terrence Ross, Fab Melo. I'm praying we let Delfino go this off-season and then we can start giving Tobias 25+ minutes per game. He played really well the last couple games when he got playing time. I think he put up something like 15 points and 10 rebounds in each of the last two games.

My guess is no, but I think Milwaukee would LIKE to bring him back. Ilyasova's always seemed kinda iffy on being in Milwaukee though, so I feel like Milwaukee might have to overpay for him, but we'll see. It would be nice to have Zeller and Ilyasova start together and have Gooden, Mbah a Moute, Udoh, and Larry Sanders coming off the bench.

I think it's a neck and neck tie between the two as far as who is going to end up the better player. I think MKG actually has more upside, if he can hit his shot with regularity. Barnes needs so much work with his ball handling skills, and if there is one thing that rarely improves in the NBA, it's ball handling.

I'm glad I don't have to choose between the two. I think both could be solid role players and both could be super stars. And I think one GM will regret taking one instead of the other.
For me the tie is broken on the defensive side. MKG looks like a premium wing defender in the making. He could have a LeBron type impact as far as effecting both ends. If he can improve that jumper ofcourse. Which is probably the easiest skill to correct in basketball.

Kentucky forward Terrence Jones has slipped a bit, too, having perhaps missed his chance at being a top 10 pick after lackluster workouts with Sacramento and Golden State. I'm told he's seriously in the mix for Milwaukee at No. 12, along with North Carolina power forward John Henson (if Detroit doesn't grab Henson at No. 9).

I think it'd be a dream if Barnes turned into Pierce, while it is possible. He's also got some Marvin Williams in him. He's better off going to a team where he's expected to be the 3rd option... 2nd scoring option at best, and that's assuming they can get some others to make it 2a and 2b at some point.
As a Carolina fan myself, I think Marvin Williams' potential when he came out was greater than Barnes' is now, he got on that Hawks team and that was it for him. If Barnes get on the wrong squad, e.g., a team like Sacramento, his development will be totally arrested too. Barnes' ceiling, IMO, is Rashard Lewis, he averaged 20 points a game 3 straight years, when he was in his prime, shooting right around 40% from 3 land during that time, besides an occasional strong game on the glass, was average or below average in all other parts of the game.

That team there would be fun to watch as a neutral observer, but they'd have to win every game 120-116, cause non of those guys can guard a ham sandwich.

              Re: 2012 NBA Draft Discussion

              From Chad Ford:
              • The Bobcats continue to talk to teams about moving down in the draft. The Wizards continue to hope that they don't make such a move.

Why? As we just noted, the Bobcats are likely to select Robinson at No. 2, which means the Wizards' favorite player, Beal, would slide to No. 3.

Here's what has Washington worried. The most obvious trade partner for the Bobcats remains the Cavs, who could send them No. 4 and possibly No. 24 in return for No. 2. The Cavs would move to get their hands on Beal. The Bobcats then would select Robinson at No. 4, the same player they are likely to take with the No. 2 pick. The Wizards then would have to choose between Barnes and Kidd-Gilchrist.

So it shouldn't come as any surprise that late Tuesday evening, word began to "leak" out of Washington that the Wizards were getting "calls" from a number of teams that are trying to move up to No. 3 to take (drumroll, please) ... Robinson.

It's a nice shot across the Bobcats' bow by the Wizards. In essence, Wizards GM Ernie Grunfeld is telling Bobcats GM Rich Cho: If you make a deal with the Cavs, don't expect your favorite player, Robinson, to be there at No. 4.

You have to love these games as we get closer and closer to draft night. It reeks of a bluff, but then again, there are a number of teams that like Robinson and the Wizards probably feel like they could nab Barnes a little later in the draft if he's going to be the consolation prize.

Yes, but the belief is that he isn't likely to make it to 13. Apparently, Portland, Golden State, and Toronto all like him.

I don't even care about Waiters anymore. I just want John Hammond to come out and say "I would never in 13205128358025 years select Terrence Jones or John Henson at #12, nor would I trade up or down and select them."

Last year I was giddy with joy.

This year I was too, thinking that we were taking Zeller, Leonard, Fab, Lamb, Terrence Ross, or PJIII.

Now I'm deathly scared and dreading the draft.

I love Millsap. Not sure how well he'd fit in New Orleans though. I always saw Davis as more of a PF. Not sure a frontcourt of Millsap and Davis is big enough, although today's NBA is certainly gravitating towards smaller bigs lately.
