Re: 2012 NBA Draft Discussion
I saw him run the pick and roll often there.....only for him to refuse to dump it off to his big man and take a ridiculously contested floater.Comment

Re: 2012 NBA Draft Discussion
For some reason, I'm REALLY HIGH on Moe Harkless. He hustles, he plays smart. Alot of upside. And i'm gonna catch alot of flack for this. But i think he's a mini Lebron. Without the courtvision and playmaking ability. Also without the Jumper.Comment

Re: 2012 NBA Draft Discussion
I don't see Rivers ever being a great facilitator. People in the media keep talking about his ability to create his own shot but I'm not sure how much of a positive that is. He can get off shots but the quality of them is nothing to be excited about. I would never take him over Jeremy Lamb. I don't know or really like what Rivers is (an undersized combo guard) and I know that Lamb is a strictly a scorer.
I wouldn't be surprised if Lamb winds up being the best out of the draft among him, Beal, Waiters, Rivers and Ross. Get him in the NBA game with more space and his three point stroke and floater will be tough. He was a late bloomer (didn't start in HS until his senior year, barely played at UConn his freshman year until January) and will continue to develop. He went from a fringe Top 100 guy in HS to a lottery pick. He plays very well off the ball and uses screens about as good as any college player the last couple of years."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: 2012 NBA Draft Discussion
He and Curry rotated at the 1. He doesn't have much in the way of vision, especially when he goes into black hole mode after he's missed a few shots. He had more turnovers than assists at Duke. I guess he could be successful in a Jason Terry tupe of role.Originally posted by slickdtcI'd ride his bus, that's all I'm saying.

But still, it doesn't excuse the overall lack of PG skills he showed."You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier
