      1. That's common sense.

      2. A pectoral muscle is not a bone. It's a muscle. In the chest area. Never said anything about bones.

      3. Most of the injuries attributed to the lockout aren't attributed to breaking a bone. Torn pectorals, torn achilles, etc. - these are normal injuries in everyday life, but when they stack up on each other during the course of a short season, there's something there.

Right but those injuries occur every year anyway, whether there's a full training camp or not.

I blame the lockout due to the condensed schedule and the lack of rest that guys are getting. Yeah, there'd be a lot of these injuries during the course of a normal season, but the way these things are piling up right now, there's definitely something there.

              -Manu Ginobili: Broken Hand
              -Andrew Bogut: Fractured Ankle
              -Brook Lopez: Broken Foot
              -MarShon Brooks: Broken Toe
-George Hill: Chip Fracture in Ankle
-Danilo Gallinari: Chip Fracture in Left Foot

THESE are the types of injuries I was specifically talking about(thought I emphazised that already in my last post?). As for those "other" injuries, again those can happen regardless if there's a lockout or not.

              Here's last year's injuries:

What's the difference between last year's and this year's? Not much when you compare them. Injuries like tears and strains and pulls are GOING to happen.

The only thing I can blame the lockout on is the number of players being exhausted due to the schedule they're on with the # of B2Bs they have compared to year's past.

The lockout is having more of an impact on quality of play rather than injuries, I think.

Agree by far on quality of play.
