Heat 6
Magic 7
Celtics 6
2nd round
Celtics vs. Bulls
Orlando vs. Miami
Celtics 7
Miami 5

As much as I hate the Heat, I don't want them to go back to the finals, bit I know they will. They will take it in 6.Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread
To those who are predicting that Boston will lose in the first round. Shame on you. You really that Atlanta is going smoothly pull this one off you got another thing coming.Last edited by ClutchCity; 04-27-2012, 10:47 AM.Comment

Sigh...even with the Lockout they still have those stupid 2 day breaks in between games man. No reason AT ALL for the 1st rd to take 2 weeks to complete. That's ridiculous man...

I wanted to go with that prediction sooooo badly Pack. However in the words of Jonathan Coachman..."I can admit it, I'm a coward."
I do believe the Bulls are going to SWARM Miami defensively and they're going to be out for serious blood over what happened last year and that bull**** they pulled in their last meeting of the season.Comment

I hope you're making this a sarcastic reply to the fact that Boston isn't even playing Indiana in the first round or I'm taking my Like back lol.Comment

Re: Eastern Conference Playoffs Discussion Thread
I meant to say Atlanta, but anyway. I have never pictured Boston losing in the first round with Rondo, Allen, Pierce, and Garnett. Of course Doc Rivers as the coach to by the way. Like really I don't buy into Indiana's success in the regular season , carrying over into the playoffs.Comment

What I've seen from the Heat in the regular season just doesn't make me feel that they're any better. And people will run the 'The regular season' means nothing excuse all they want. To me that only applies to the individual matchups. So when you talk about how the Bulls took all three games against the Heat last year and still lost to them in 5 games, that's when it applies. Same as this year. Although, both teams split the season series, it really means nothing in terms of who gonna win the conference championship. Even if the Bulls took all four game this year, that wouldn't had made me feel any better about the Bulls chances against the Heat. I'm more looking at the Heat overall in the regular season.
To me, the Heat have the capability over an 82-game season to win 70 games. So for them to take second in the conference again to the Bulls is a little alarming. I gave them a pass last year because I figured they'd still be gelling as a team. But this is year two now. They should have ran away with it and we should be talking about them sweeping their way to the Finals.
I understand when people think the the Knicks will beat the Heat in the first round(which I highly doubt it happens) but the Heat with the talent they have shouldn't leave any doubt. They have the potential to be that good. However, with what they showed me in the regular season, they have yet to touch that level.I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong.
