It's one thing to get swept but to not even win one game(Before Amar'e went Piston Honda on the Fire Extinguisher)especially considering what they gave up to acquire him? No excuse for that because if this was any other player, they'd be getting TRASHED by everyone, even if they did have a "lack of help".
I'm sick of the no help excuse for Melo. He has a pretty good cast around him, especially in the East. What the hell did he expect a team to be able to surround him with if they had to trade a TON of assets to acquire him? Melo's a loser.
"In the morning he would read the Bible with another coach. Then, in the afternoon, he would go out and cheat kids who had probably saved up money from mowing lawns to buy those raffle tickets. That's Jim Tressel."

This is what I never like though, at what point is it all one players fault in the playoffs if his team is swept?

They got old man Mike Bibby, Baron Davis looking as good as a statue, and JR who is still as schitzo as he was when he was a nugget

Im not saying he has no help and I know he's in NY, but he still has superstar talent and it all doesnt fall on one guy

2nd seed in the horrendous East is impressive stuff, especially since the team that got the #1 seed only has 1 star, and he missed half the season.

Are you really trying to take away credit from the Heat right now? Are you really saying they're NOT good?

LOL at Miami not being very good. I can't stand Miami and I wouldn't say any trash like that. If what Miami is, is not very good, then I shudder to think what Charlotte is classified as.

Nobody is placing the blame on one guy.

But at the sametime, you can't ignore the fact that:

                    A. You gave up a **** load to get him when you didn't have to since he was going to end up there anyway.
                    B. What do you have to show for it other than possibly getting swept back to back years?

It's not about placing full blame on him but he definitely deserves a nice little bit of responsibility for this, especially considering it's not like he's been playing with the Eric Snow's and Donny Marshall's and Bob Sura's of the world.

Not what I'm saying at all. They're good. They're not unbeatable like people are acting here. You really don't think NY could win a game or 2 if they had their other 3 starters healthy? Really? Miami has everyone healthy/playing and a red carpet rolled out to the finals. They'll get there, unless Boston catches fire.

Miami is just barely better than Charlotte.

Naturally. You've got me pegged, sir. What does me not liking LeBron have to do with me not thinking they're the best team in the league? They have 2 great players, a good player and a bunch of garbage men after that, not to mention no size at all. If they win the title, I'll be shocked.

So is Lin really going to play in Game 4?

That was the Knicks being stupid and rushing to get him

They can only blame themselves for that one

I agree had they waited a couple more months then they'd be stacked right now... they blew their best chance at being super tough since the MJ days
