Did anyone hear basically Dwight Howard's "last straw" with the Orlando Magic? The moment he knew he wanted out.

The reporter from RealGM said when Dwight was scheduled to have his back surgery in LA...they gave Dwight 2 first class tickets (one for Dwight and one for the Magic team doctor) on AirTran.

Dwight was pissed that it was AirTran and he didn't get a private jet with his favorite snacks. Supposedly Macadamia nuts.

And I'm not making this story up.

I really, really hate this guy.

Rumor is the Celtics were able to get this done because the Rockets needed another PF.

Really though what are they doing down there? They have way too many 4's right now, have to be planning something, hoping to get back into the Bynum sweepstakes maybe?

They have the space to take in Dwight or anyone else. They were trying to clear up space for helping the Magic with their cap relief issues. Although with the signings of Lin and possibly Asik I'm not sure if they can offer as much cap relief to the Magic any more, but I don't think the plan was to ever accept a deal where they basically swap teams any ways.

C.Lee is a really good player, he'll be a huge addition to a team like the Celtics though.

They have had the most confusing offseason. Every move is incomprehensible.

Thing is if you believe his BS about wanting to stay in NY he could have negotiated with NY instead of forcing their hand with an offer sheet. I'm not blaming him for taking the money, I'm blaming him for crying about it after it wasn't matched.

Houston are the biggest losers in this deal. They have a overpaid question mark on their hands.
