Looks like it is a 3 team deal with Portland stepping in, not sure what pieces are going where but Sasha Pavlovic is also being shipped out according to Steve Bulpett's twitter.

Jerry Zgoda: Interesting, isn't it, that Portland was 3rd team that stepped in to save Courtney Lee to Boston S-T at 11th hour?

Minny writer suggesting that Portland is still a little upset about Minny going after Batum. Remember Minny wanted Lee too.

@joelbrigham: Kemba Walker is wearing #15, which means he's no longer wearing #1, and now I want to know why.

Does this mean something is happening with Henderson...?

Maybe Henderson decided to change as well.

So let me get this straight. We wanted Courtney Lee as far back as two years ago and could have had him at the time, but we didn't want to give up Asik to the Rockets to get him. Fastforward to today and we're losing Asik to the Rockets anyway for nothing and Courtney Lee is a free agent that we aren't signing so he's going to the Celtics? WTF?!?!

How in the hell do the Bulls continue to like/be interested in people that are available to them to have and somehow not actually hook up? Tracy McGrady comes to mind. Just....ughhh!!!

i was suggesting that they should pick tmac a few pages ago if they do they have to move rip imo and probably should scout someone in the dleague a scoring SG who tmac could tutor

That's why even though I'm annoyed with the coverage of Dwight and Dwight himself like everyone else, I don't believe half of the crap put out...Someone on another forum made a collage of all the conflicting "sourced" reports over the last couple of months....it's pretty hilarious. Guess he can add "Dwight will sign a long term extension with LA", and "Bynums List" on there now...

We've hardly had any quotes from Dwight, his agent or even the Magic org since this whole thing started...I hear this stuff about Dwight suing the Magic, or sitting out the season, that sound like complete pieces of crap thrown against the wall. Where's the follow up with those reports?

just annoyed the media in general as of late..

There's been plenty of quotes from Duhwight and the Magic and his agent since this whole thing started.

I'm with you in that alot of the stuff that comes out isn't necessarily true or accurate but at the same time, you can't really toss some of it out just like that.

Remember when this started back in December with Duhwight "reportedly" asking for a trade to the Nets and everybody said "This isn't true, why would he ask for a trade to the Nets? It doesn't make any sense and Broussard and his MULTIPLE SOURCES are making this up". 3 months later(March), the same story was still around and nearly almost happened and then 4 months after that(July), it was still being talked about.

Exactly and you would think that with everyone and their mama having an "inside source" that people would be more skeptical with this nonsense. They'll complain about the media but will believe everything that comes out.

I hear you Pack.....but unless I'm remembering wrong, the trade request was verified by Magic and Dwight shortly after right? I just haven't seen much more of that...just 'pile on' articles to shape the drama out it seems....(and that's not to say there should be any sympathy for D12 at all).

I also don't want to imply that some of the stuff we hear doesn't have some truth to it, it just seems a fair amount of it is crap, especially when its debunked 1-2 days later on a regular basis...I don't know, I haven't really been in these Dwight discussions for a reason...it's all annoying to me..

Count Mickael Pietrus out for #Knicks. He has a "huge" offer overseas but wants to play for an NBA playoff team for more than vet's minimum.
That leaves Ronnie Brewer and Jodie Meeks. I like Meek's ability to hit from downtown and spread the floor, but you gotta love Brewer's defense. Should be interesting to see what happens.

Not saying all reports are true cause we know all about people like Broussard and his sources, but let's not act like Dwight and even the Magic aren't behind the scenes leaking some of this stuff to these guys either and it's just the big bad media making up **** again. Cause some of the most respected writers who actually do their jobs with some integrity and have the track records to back them up have been reporting the same things.

He came up early on on the Mavs' radar, but I doubt we sign him now.

That's Corey Brewer. Went on to the Mavs later that season, was a decent contributor for us, got a ring, and then we traded him to the Nuggets last December and he had a pretty solid season for them.

                                Still upset about that trade.
