It was said that they believe they Could then trade Gasol for other pieces as well.

LAL have been trying to trade Pau for the last 2 years and couldn't.

What makes ORL think they could move him.

I wonder if the Lakers would try and move Harrington, dunno if they could...just makes no sense in taking him on as well.

Who knows. Probably willing to get less in return than LA. Or they just want to keep ****ing with the media "We promise we're going to trade this guy."

Bucher is tweeting that Gasol won't be part of the deal.

Makes no damn sense to trade him, he'd be the ideal #4 next to Howard and playing with Nash.

Orlando would be stupid NOT to hold out for Gasol. Get something back, lol.

Man, I hope Bynum comes ready to play if this happens, us Sixer fans will bury him if he comes and stinks up the place. We don't support divas...

So essentially then it would be Aaron Afflalo and picks for Dwight? And this deal is better than the other deals how?

Of freaking course he wouldn't. I'll wait until a deal is done, but it's damn sad that it won't surprise me one damn bit if that's the way it goes down.

Have said it all along - don't buy into any of this until a deal actually happens. Definitely was feeling nauseous with the idea of running a Jamison/Harrington (are they actually two different players?) four position. At least now I can imagine in my head in this hypothetical trade that Pau isn't being moved as well, at least not for that return.

Any team besides the Lakers and the deal would go through. You know this.

Sadly, majority of the GMs are complete idiots. I understand giving up Dwight and receiving Gasol, Afflalo and picks, solid trade, but only getting Afflalo and picks? How stupid are Denver and Philadelphia for helping faciltate that deal???
