Slips, the ultimate Laker Defender, is at it agaaaainnnnnnnn!

anyways, John Thompson is really looking for an NBA job. everybody knows that guys come on and do studio work or become color analyst just to score some brownie points with GMs around the league. because they figure to sound smarter than the average bear. Thompson is past his prime. plus his style is for college.

as for T-Mac...all i know is that one man can't do it alone. everybody needs help. and about this quality points deal, Thompson might had gotten that right....for this year. of course he's not putting up quality points when they only won 1 game this year so far.

and for Kobe...i love his game...i think he's seriously great...i would love him here back in Philly where he belongs...but as for him leading a team...i question it. maybe the day will come when we see it...and maybe he will need a Pippem-like teammate to compliment him....but i just question from what i've seen so far from him.

I totally agreea bout T-Mac, no one can do it by them selfs. Look at the whole westers conference, most of those theams have at least 2 guys that can carry the team, and then they have god supporting casts. The magic dont ahve anything beside T-Mac, and its a shames, because they did have Mike Miller, but thats a whole diferent story

As for Kobe, I dont like him becasue hes a Laker, and he single handedly killed my Pacers in the Finals in 2000 With that said, I would like to see if he could carry a team. My personal beleif is that if you put Kobe on the Magic and T-Mac on the Lakers, Kobe would just be another Iverson or T-Mac. But hey, I could be wrong, and Kobe might get a chance to prove me wrong nedxt year

Will we ever be able to keep Kobe's name out of a TMAC thread or TMAC's out of a Kobe thread?

Hey man noone is blind to the fact that Tmac has no help, and no matter what he does he gets blasted in the media. Mostly from Laker and Kobe huggers. JT, cmon. He should've stayed where he was. Don't say something and then contradict your self the next time you speak.

Give Tmac Kobe's opportunities, then see if you feel the same way. These analyst are hypocrites.
It's funny how he was "arguably" the best player in the L. last year, now they are all questioning his abilities like he's a flop.
