Gerald Henderson. He doesn't need to be a main scoring threat anymore, and I think with pressure being taken off of him, he could have a break out year for Charlotte if he can stay healthy.

I agree with this. This will be a nice team to watch and I'm not just saying that because I'm a Hornets fan.

          Brook Lopez

With Joe Johnson and Deron Williams on the court, I expect this guy to score a lot of points!

DeRozan has been steadily improving his game every year just I dont know if he has that next gear to be ELITE.

Batum is a baller i like that kid a lot. He kills when he plays for the French National team. Just about being given the same opportunity to flourish in the league....this is the year probably.

my pick id say maybe Kevin Seraphin. Nene still injured and Seraphin was draaaaagging at the end of the year his confidence seems high and I think he can be a factor. Someone to watch at least.

As far as ELITE player breakout, man thats tough...Klay Thompson is a good pick, bias?...I dont know...I'd like to see Kemba show me something more too, but I think Gerald Henderson is a sleeper for Elite 2 way player in the League.

Another player I think is going to have a breakout year is Brandon Knight. I like his game, and he's a somewhat cagey defender too.

Speaking of Charlotte I think Byron Mullens can have a good year if he can get his FG% up.

I really think Brandon Jennings could have a breakout year. He had one awful month that made his stats look a lot worse than they really were. Take the one month out and he was a borderline all-star.

Also, I am praying that the Bucks give Tobias Harris more playing time this year. He was a monster in the Summer League this year and if I remember right, he started the last 3 games of the year and averaged something like 15 and 10.

I also think Biyombo begins to make his transformation to Ibaka-lite this season. Recounting and shot blocking should be way up.

I think Brandon Jennings is what he is, which is a really good player, and could be a piece to a championship puzzle (maybe not on the Bucks). I don't think he is poised to do anything that he hasn't already done. Actually, maybe he could make an All-Star appearance eventually, but I don't think he gets any better than Monta Ellis.

Byron Mullens will flourish under Mike Dunlap's up tempo style. He will get lots of open looks.

I always said we would not see what Bynum is truly capable of until he got out from under Kobe and became the number one option. This is his chance to really shine imo.
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
