God your dumb. Half the friggin team is injured, and 2/3rds are new! It takes awhile *******. If you would watch them, you ould see the meshing that is starting. They have friggin mark madsen playing center for long stretches! Hudson and Wally S. havent even played! Kandi is out, Oh yeah, Madsen is sitting now too. Think.

who cares....Garnett does a lot, but if he weren't doing it, someone on his team would....what he doesn't do is WIN...and while he got lucky twice, don't count on it happening on a regular basis.....

    I look at it this way...Timberwolves - Garnett + Duncan = Championship
    ...Timberwolves - Garnett + Shaq = Championship

last year and this year(old players) and (new players)
    Deal wit it!

      Re: GARNETT.... FOR THE WIN...

I don't see how people can think TD would get consideration over KG as of right now. I mean check out these numbers.

      KG
      23.4 ppg, 14.3 rpg, 4.7 apg, 1.0 spg, 2.6 bpg, .485 fg%, .745 ft%, .364 3pt%, 39.7 mpg

      TD
      23.1 ppg, 12.9 rpg, 2.5 apg, .65 spg, 2.65 bpg, .528 fg%, .650 ft%, .286 3pt%, 34.6 mpg

      Difference
      KG
      +0.3 ppg, +1.4 rpg, +2.2 apg, +0.35 spg, -0.05 bpg, -0.043 fg%, +0.095 ft%, +0.078 3pt%, +5.1 mpg.

Clearly KG is holding his own in all the stats categories. The points are right there, KG's assists are way above TD's, he's crashing the boards more, and his team isn't all there yet. As for the team records, the Wolves are 12-8, and the Spurs are 11-10. KG is definitely having a better season than TD so far.

As for Shaq, he's been great this year. But I think the MVP for the Lakers so far has been Karl Malone. Malone has been doing all the little things that the team needs to win.

I'm not saying Duncan is playing better than Garnett now..far from it
I think you're wrong about Shaq though, the guy is definitely the MVP of the Lakers so far this year
and he's been playing better than Garnett in my opinion

the thing is, in the end, when it's all said and done, Wolves will be out of the playoffs in the first round again...lettin' be known that Garnett is far from the best big man in the league

he's not even a top five player to me...I think

            Shaq
            Duncan
            Kobe
            Tmac
            Kidd

are all better players and add anyone of those guys, then subtract Garnett + couple of minor changes for depth purposes, and you have a better Wolves team
