I see someone wants Fratello back in the coaching ranks...this is NOT what the NBA needs. The league has gotten so young that bringing in old school coaches are proving to be bad decisions. The only old schoolers that are having any kind of success are Silas, Sloane, and the guy who coaches the Grizzlies name is escaping me GRRRR. Anyways I think the NBA needs younger coaches not old guys who can't connect with the young players.

???totally disagree....think about it, it's the old coaches that are doing the best job
Phil Jackson, Hubie Brown, Jerry Sloan, Larry Brown(even though he's overrated), etc....
the young kids in the league don't need a nice daddy figure, they need a coach who doesn't smile with them, someone they CAN'T relate too, someone who makes them realize that the playing in the NBA is a J.O.B.....when they earn their stripes, then they get the friendship.Comment

Re: Frank Johnson has been fired
Bring Fratello back to coaching? I thought the NBA was trying to RAISE their scoring. I can't imagine a team with Marbury, Stoudemire, and Marion that tries to milk the clock all the time.NBA 2K18 ratings for several seasons generated from advanced analytics using the SportsCrunch system:

Re: Frank Johnson has been fired
As a Suns fan, all I can say is Thank God.
I did NOT like the way this team was heading. Sadly, I hardly even was able to watch the team to accurately pinpoint exactly what was wrong with our team.
We'll probably stick with D'Antoni through the rest of the year, then find someone later. If not, then I dont know who we can sign.Comment
