When the Knicks lose, it's "same ole Knicks".

Miami game: I keep hearing they were flat, they were disinterested, etc, etc.
So how did they give up 116 points in 4 quarters to a Denver team with no scorers on it? The Knicks held them to 32 points less because of disinterest?

The Knicks have been up 20 points each game so far because Miami was flat and Philly is a poor offensive team? Philly started the game with an 11-0 lead last night.

How about the Knicks minimized Miami's fast breaking opportunities (Miami's strength) and they forced Philly into bad perimeter shots (Philly's weak point)?

    I'm convinced of 3 things:

    1. Miami only loses on their off nights because they are some unstoppable juggernaut with a switch to turn it on and off

    2. Philly needs a day in between games to study and

    3. Defensive execution is a myth.

First and foremost -- whether the Knicks win or lose the only people who care are Knick fans and Sportscenter

    When the Knicks win:

    1. Automatic title contenders.
    2. Carmelo is the best player in the league.

    When the Knicks lose:

    1. Lets fire the coach.
    2. I don't really like basketball, Go Giants!

Bruh, Miami came out flat and NY was hitting. What cable provider do you have? They may have showed you a different Miami team because the one I saw looked like they just rolled out of bed. I really don't think NY was responsible for all of that poor play. Maybe some but certainly not all of that junk they wanted to call basketball.

And when the Sixers jumped out to 11-0 lead did you even, for even one second, believe we were going to drop 110 or more on you guys? Or did you think you have enough offensive firepower to eventually catch up? You can keep it real with me lol.

You know what the first thing a Sixer fan thinks about when we grab a lead like that? Man, now if we keep them under 90 we have a shot lol

I'm really happy about the Knicks. Watching the last 3 games. It just feels good to see the talent coming together like that. I loved watching Melo actually make plays on defense. It was kind of shocking to me. Bodying up LeBron (on defense)? Something I've wish he did since he was in Denver. And as much as people complained about all the old people. Those old people still got it in them lol.

While I'm on old... The Spurs never started a season 4-0. Am I the only shocked about that. You'd figure they would have done before.

Imagine how Melo's career would have evolved if he had played in Detroit first instead of Denver where they stressed good defense.

          Damn. One can only wonder.

Orlando at home tonight. The game against NO was a real preview of what is going to plague us this season. That's scoring in the half court. Given, that has been a problem for a couple years now, but it's even more glaring with Rose on the shelf.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Orlando beat us tonight.

Just got a chance to watch a replay of the IND/SAS game last night. Great win for the Spurs. Pop had a chance to play backups for much of the second half.

Now the Spurs are 4-0, which is actually the best start in franchise history, which is pretty surprising!

The Spurs have a tough road stretch upcoming, though, and this stretch will tell us a lot about this team.

Yeah, traveling West to take on the Spurs will certainly be a test. Then again Dallas will probably test that D as well.

                  Nah.

We already know what's going to happen this Friday. And so on and so on.

Dallas will get excused because they don't have Shawn Marion and Dirk.
Dallas will be flat because Kidd and Chandler are in Knick unis.

                  The Knicks ain't legit.

Ha, that's why I said November 15 vs. the Spurs.

When the Knicks beat the Mavericks, it won't matter. People will just point their finger at Dirk missing.

I'm not saying they'll beat San Antonio, but it'll be the game they can show what they are about and people will finally have to say, "okay, this team is legit."

If there are anymore excuses after that Spurs game, I will have officially given up on the world. My chip will be bigger than Mt. Rushmore.
