Kyrie and Varejao looked disgusting.

Waiters looked decent. Still saw a lot of the same issues I saw at Syracuse last year though. Good at picking pockets and jumping passing lanes, but lazy fighting through screens, forces shots instead of making the extra pass to the open man, doesn't come off of screens well, and seems to lose his man a lot defensively. He's gotta finish around the rim better if he isn't going to be passing when he penetrates though. 4/9 inside the arc on basically all layups isn't very good, especially considering he had 2 breakaway dunks if I'm not mistaken. I hope he pans out, but I still see him falling as a good sixth man on a good team when it's all said and done.

I mean it could have been because Rondo went for the chest pass instead of the bounce pass. He should have gave it to KG earlier as well.

Chalmers has good hands defensively as he swiped down at the ball when Rondo tried to bounce pass it.

For shame on the Celtics for not adjusting to the immediate double team the Heat are sending at Rondo though. Because of that it's one of the reasons why the Celtics offense has stalled.

Miami has too many shooters for you to send double teams.

Rondo has turned into quite the efficient scorer though.

From what i saw he lets the game get away from sometimes takes poor step backs from 3's etc.It's only 1 game so its a small sample size but I liked what i saw when he attacked the basket.

I was joking because of how many bad shots Wade was chucking up tonight.

But yeah it's so early in the season that people can't overreact one way or the other.

Kyrie is probably going to put up Derrick Rose numbers this season. Something like 20, 5, and 5. Wouldn't surprise me if it was 25, 5, and 5.

He's probably going to make the All-Star team as well.
