An issue I had was that when Bernie was coach he let Morris do his job and handle the offense. When Mike came in he took away that duty and gave it to Kobe. Apparently he thought it would be a good idea to "let Kobe assume the facilitating duties" that Nash will have when he returns. If you notice you'll see Kobe bringing the ball up ever since Mike came on board. That almost automatically means one of the post players aren't even gonna be considered initially. Both guys didn't get any looks last night...
