Another team that could make sense is Utah, PP for Jefferson and Watson

I was thinking Utah because they have 4 solid young bigs. I just don't think there would be any reason to do that though... they could get way more value than PP.

The thing with PP is, his contract isn't guaranteed past this year. It's not like he has a long term deal. So Boston could get out of that after this season if they can't find a trade partner. KG on the other hand has one more year guaranteed so I would try to move him for sure.

Yeah depends on how Rose looks. Like I told 24th, I don't expect him to be anywhere near 100% and I don't know how his knee will hold up. Coming back late in the season when things are so intense, that's a whole lot to ask of Rose to come back under those circumstances. It'll be an adjustment period to get used to playing with one another as well.

I feel like they should hold Rose until about maybe 15-20 games left in the season, they're winning without him, I definitely didn't see them being anything better than a 7 seed without him and they've completely shocked me. His injury especially for his style of play is very serious, and could easily be reinjured, I wouldn't want Rose out there at 100%, I want him to be 150%. The more rest the better.

It's like, the team is in the fourth quarter, Rose is taking a rest cause he hasn't come out of the entire game, you're really just trying to hold the lead, and give him as much rest as possible before you throw him back out there. 15-20 games before gives him time to get his legs under him and more rest.

I hate all their jerseys. IMO, they're in serious need of a makeover. Those jerseys are pathetic, their home court is disturbing, makes it extremely hard for me to watch games there, especially with them now being an elite team, time to change those '07 jerseys and college basketball reject court.

Rondo has been just fine at shooting.

I think it can work because Rondo is excellent in the fast break and this Celtics team just doesn't have the personal for that.

It won't happen though.

I'll put it like this: A pull up jumper is the absolute LAST shot I'd rather him take. Just my preference.

It's good that he can knock one down at an "respectable" clip, but I'd rather him just attack the basket or drop it down to the trailer or an open(better)shooter instead.

He's not a shooter, but for the people that wanted to see that. Just look at his midrange FG % It's close to 50% last I checked. Just hate the "can't shoot" crap.

They wouldn't get much more cap space to sign anybody, if you look at Boston's finances for next year and subtract Pierce's contract they would only have about 2 million in cap space.

See, this performance by Boston just makes things more difficult. Do they blow it up or do they find a stop gap point guard like Lowry to try to compete this year. I don't know. I prefer to try to get picks and clear salary.
