Unless you somehow thought they made enough moves to make some noise this year then this is just a horrible way of thinking. Yes, they've been rebuilding for years... that doesn't mean THIS year should be any different. It is what it is. Much better to embrace it and benefit from it.

I hear you on the FA signings but I think people play so many video games they forget these teams aren't making trades with computer AI. Crawford isn't anything special and was CLEARLY on the way out of Washington. I doubt they jumped at the first offer they got (or a trade would've happened 2 or 3 days ago at least, since he's been benched for 5 games straight) and I doubt they jumped over offers for a 1st or 2nd round pick or player worth a damn. Logically thinking, it was the offer they got or nothing. Two expiring contracts is better than nothing.

Marc Berman insinuated that Ronnie Brewer requested a trade because he hasn't seen the floor since Shumpert returned. The Knicks obliged.

The Knicks will supposedly sign a buyout guy (O'Neal) or finally pursue Kenyon Martin. Because our front court isn't old enough.

I think the Knicks would be better off getting a guy like Amundson than K-Mart.

In more small move news, Atlanta is also sending a second rounder for Jeremy Tyler. At least we got a player from the Warriors this time, last year it was just cash.

Wait a minute...NOW you think he should go????

That fool should've been gone long ago because he's done nothing to warrant sticking around THIS long.

Kenyon Martin has agreed to sign a 10-day contract with the New York Knicks.

Rasheed Wallace and Marcus Camby are currently injured.

Martin is a former teammate of Carmelo Anthony, Jason Kidd, J.R. Smith and Camby.

Was just about to post this. Knicks need some toughness inside & K-Mart can bring that. Not to mention he can defend pretty well

Totally agree with this move. Hopefully he's in basketball shape & can contribute

Knicks said their frontcourt wasn't old enough so let's sign another aging, old vet.

Maybe be the Nuggets in roster, but they're gonna have playoff success like the Hawks.

So it's the Atlanta Nuggets of New York.

Or the Denver Knicks of Atlanta

Or the New York Hawks of Denver.

                      ... so confused, lol.

Yeah this year's trade deadline was so boring. You know it was a disappointment when JJ Redick was the top name out of everyone. I'm really disappointed in the Kings trading away Thomas Robinson already. What a lame move and it just gave more reasons for everyone to want the Kings ownership to go to someone else. I'm sick of the Maloofs. All they want is money now. Oh yeah, they even got $1 million in cash for the trade. So they shed Robinson's salary and got an extra million for it. It's obvious they only care about money!

                              Eh, won't top 2000.

Hawks sent Anthony Johnson to Magic for a 2nd rounder... that's it.
