According to ESPN.com, Lampe is in fact in the deal, which is too bad. Either way, it's a good move for the Knicks. McDyess is in the last year of his contract, and I know the Suns are probably just thinking cap space when trading for him, but I'm much happier with the Knicks getting Starbury for him insteand of just getting the cap space at the end of the year. Plus, who cares? They got rid of Eisley and Ward's contracts, and Penny is also in the last year of his contract. I'm glad I'm a Knicks fan today and not a Suns fan.Comment
