Take my word for it...Howard Eisley is the next big thing. He's got great handle, a sweet, consistent 3-point shot and he can dunk with the best of them. He just keeps it all packaged up and doesn't want to show the world "everything" ya know.

I think Knicks are a playoff team with the trade now i love the trade for them. If they can trade Van Horn or Shandon Anderson wow i think they might be able to if they package Kurt Thomas/Frank Williams with one of them remember Kurt is in the last year of his contract and Frank wont see a-lot of playing time with starchild.

I understood why it was done, obviously, and the more I look at it, the more happy I am with the deal, but arent you supposed to get a star for a star usually?

I think for a Phoenix fan, such as yourself, I think you have to be really happy with the deal. The seriousness of it is, "What were the Suns going to do this season with Marbury? Or even next season?" A first round loss in the playoffs to one of the top four teams in the west? With this deal, the Suns could be really competetive during the 04 - 05 season. Just think how sweet this deal becomes if one, or both, of those draft picks are lottery choices? Lampe and Vujanic are very good prospects, and the cap room is a great addition.

With that money, the Suns could make a run at a point guard, who would be much cheaper than Marbury, but I think would mesh well with Amare and Shawn, Steve Nash. SI rumored that they may be interested in him or possibly a multi-team trade for another star (maybe, Kobe?).

Bottom line, the Suns get a chance for a fresh start next season, possibly lottery picks, cap room, and two prospects who could contribute greatly in a season or two.

Oh yeah, definately. As time goes on and I review the trade over and over, it looks better each and every time for us. Dont get me wrong, I'm thrilled at the possibilities. I just hope we dont try for Kobe, thats all I ask. I doubt we'll go for him anyway, since Colangelo runs a squeaky clean first class organization.

I dont think we're goin after Nash. I really think that they believe this Vujanic guy is gonna fit in, and hopefully he does. Barbosa filled in nicely tonight for Stephon....he's gonna be a good bench player for years to come, and might be able to start for us till the end of the season.

On draft day when they drafted barbosia i told myself what the hell are they doing? now it seems like a good pick for them. I doubt the pick next year will be a lottery pick because i have a feeling knicks will make it to the playoffs because the east is weak. Now if Isiah can get rid of kvh the knicks look better then ever.
