Who knows? Small-market team? In any case, Tony Parker is the best PG in the league, hands-down, right know.
CP3 has an argument, but Parker is absolutely dominating him tonight.
Parker has been the second-best player in the league over the last month. If LeBron wasn't on such a tear, Parker would have been noticed more. -

Also, Parker just doesn't make a lot of flashy plays. He gets to the basket well and makes a lot of layups, but rarely of the flashy, highlight-reel variety. He passes pretty well, but you rarely see any behind-the-back type stuff from him.Comment

He's a spur which mean 75% of nba "fans" don't know he exist.
You get used to it as a fan.Comment

Because he used to date Eva Longoria...........just kidding. I really wonder that too. I guess it's because he never really had to score a lot back then as Duncan used to be the main scorer and Ginobili would have his nights. But with Duncan clearly aging and Ginobili always injured, I think it was time for Parker to do this thing and it is showing this year. He's a baller and I give him props.Comment

I doubt it will happen but I would love to see Parker win the MVP. He averages just a tick over 32 minutes a game and he is putting up these insane stats. I have immense respect for the Spurs and Greg Popovich. The way they play the game of Basketball is truly a lost art. When it gets down to it they are the best team to watch. You will not find a better functioning, well put together organization then the San Antonio Spurs.

Averaging 22 and 8 in January
Averaging 28 and 9 in February (This is absurd for a PG).
The 2018-19 NBA season stats per game for Tony Parker of the Charlotte Hornets on ESPN. Includes full stats, per opponent, for regular and postseason.
He's definitely playing like the best PG in the league.Comment

Honestly, I don't really get how he isn't exciting to watch with his creative finishes and drives to the basket...if people actually watched the Spurs they'd see it themselves...Comment

Until he's truly doing it by himself, meaning without Duncan, Ginobli, and Coach Pop he will never get that notion. Plus you have to figure with a healthy Rosé you could push TP to number 3-4 depending on where you rate Rondo.#WashedGamerComment

As it stands hypotheticals are out and Tony Parker deserve consideration, so if they are going by what theyve been doing in the past few years then he deserves it so why the all of a sudden change in the criteria again for no reason?
