What's even worse, Thibs hasn't ruled out Rose returning during the playoffs. Are you kidding me? Seriously Thibs? Your gonna let him go out there and test his knees and limit his minutes in a playoff game? If Thibs does that, he's truly basketball insane.

It's almost a month before the playoffs. He's not back by then, the Bulls should just shut him down.

wanna ask a serious question.

if rose is physically able to play, why shouldnt he be playing?

i dont wana seem insensitive, but if its just mental on rose's side at what point do his teammates, who im sure know they have zero chance to win without him, start to be like dude its time to snap out of it?

i know its not exactly the same but i can only relate it to my own experiences w/ sports; if i ran a route across the middle and got hurt, lets say i got popped going up for a pass and got hurt. if the doc physically cleared me to play and i said i didnt know if i was mentally ready to play; i already know that would be a hard sell to my teammates.

so my question is at what points do roses teammates, if ever, start to feel a certain way about it?

There is a big difference between players closing out too much on a spot up shooter wich happens every game and people just walking into the landing space of a player who's in mid air fading. It was also a clutch situation in an important road game that's why it makes more noise.

It was a foul that's all. It's not legit defense by NBA rules. So next time people can keep their LOL's and Guess whats to themselves and express their opinion for what it is. Just an opinion.

Even more reason to contest the shot, I'm wondering if people really expect him to just let Kobe get a clean look at shot smh

Just look at where his right leg/knee ends up. Was it really necessary? He easily could have contested the shot and not put his leg that deep into Bryant's space. He does an extra step at the end wich was tottaly unecessary and plain bad.

That's also the point of fade aways... You can't really contest them.

of course it's necessary, Kobe is a top 10 player in the league, you can't give a guy like that air space on a shot especially on one to tie the game
