This is exactly the type of logic that gets me. Just because we see OKC struggling without Westbrook doesn't automatically exonerate him. If you replaced Westbrook with say Mike Conley or even an average point guard, they'd still be damn legit. Obviously if you take Westbrook away and replace him with Derek ****ing Fisher you're going to see a significant drop in team play.yes yes, thats what im talking about some love and appreciation for westbrook.
from a PR standpoint this injury was the best thing that happen to westbrook imo, now when he comes back he'll have the freedom to just play his game, next to KDs game.
not that i dont think that he'll still drive alot of folks crazy, but they will remember what life was like without him and just accept him for the player that he is. and not for who he isnt.
and i think that lifted PR burden will make him all the more of a monster when he gets back to being healthy again.
Westbrook is a great player but people need to stop with all of this. He has definitely been improving his decision making but he still has a ways to go.Comment

He hasn't been jackings as many shots and forcing things compared to previous years but he definitely needs to continue honing his decision making. Previously he only had one speed but now he's developed a better pace to his game, but like I said he still has a long way to go.Comment
