Just kidding, but there's a million and one excuses that any losing team can come up with to try and justify a loss. If this was such a meaningless game, you shouldn't be getting all worked up over one loss.

That was my point. It WAS a rivalry, but has been dead lately. The Pacers have been in teh plyoffs, while the Knicks havent even made it there. I have been watching since the 1998 NBA season, BTW.
I know you were kidding, and Indy had lost of reasons for there total collapse, but they had players losing parents and other crazy things that you would never expect. Not saying that is a excuse.
