James youngest player to score 1000 points.

That kid is pretty good, he will probably break the all-time points record, which karl malone will have to try so hard for. On another note, Carmelo became the 3rd youngest to score 1000 points.

    Here is the link: http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=240209005
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

LeBron is gonna be the youngest for a lot of records. Just cause he is playing so many minutes and averaging so many points at this young of an age.

This totally skews this stat. The kids definitely deserve this recognition, but I think number of years, or game count should be a better indication.

                Actually age is the point...

LBJ averaging 20 pts agame as an 18 year-old HS Rookie is a little more impressive than say a Tim Duncan type who as a 22 or 23 year-old rookie would have more physical maturity and experience.

The record is a testament to his sick development.
