Haha, ya, I always see that line from him. That's just sad. He's one of those volume shooters.
I think what it is, is that when AI isn't on the floor, especially this year, the team can just focus on running a game plan and having everyone touch the ball and rotate. The team isn't just standing around watching AI go at it. Everyone is more involved and it helps everyone get into a rhythm.
This is all guessing, cause I've barely watched any Sixers games this year. I just see the numbers. Everyone seems to put better numbers up when AI is out.
That's not saying that AI isn't a great player. It's just weird how that works tho.
