I would agree that it's entertaining, but they need to play some D. Both teams. They run and shoot way too much. Sometimes, I would just like to see one team stop the other.

it isnt football. Basketball is supposed to be a run and gun sport.

I get so freakin tired of hearing the same freakin defense cliche. You can play a drinking game when you watch TNT, ESPN, ABC etc... Every time they mention how important defense is you have to take a drink. I believe you would probably go through 3 damn cases.

While I'll agree that bball is a run and gun sport, and it isn't like football, you still need to play both ends of the court. How half assed is that? If you only play on one side like the Mavs do? And while it is entertaining, they aren't going to get far trying to score more than the other team.

If the other team is playing solid D, like the Spurs do, how do the Mavs outscore them, if they can't score at all? And they can't stop the Spurs on the other end, then . . . well, you get the point.

And it's only a cliche cause it's true. Defense does win championships.
