Nah you can tell on the replay the contact was exaggerated..he did reach up but he didn't level him like AK made it seem like..

Even though AK flopped and exaggerated the contact doesn't change that it's a foul. LeBron reached out to push away someone running alongside him on the break. Once that arm extends out like that, it's a foul, flop or not.
