that officiating in favor of indy in the 3rd was a joke...travels and multiple muggings nearly every trip down the court and NOTHING gets called....

but lance stephenson... what the **** are you doing...stop trying to play like you are the child of magic johnson and allen iverson with the personality of richard sherman...im glad you arent on the celtics, we had enough of that nonsense with crawford

i feel like the warriors would be a good team to go after asik... they need to get rid of speights and crawford at the same time tho...

David Lee knows he doesn't have to throw the ball as hard as he can against the backboard to pull that shot off right? That's like the second or third time this quarter he blew a bunny because he just rocketed it into the glass.

Don't know if that's a realistic option. Jermaine O'Neal should be back in a few weeks, though I know that isn't the same. I feel like Crawford was a desperation move but they needed to somehow replace Jack's bench production. Barnes has been really inconsistent but I still have faith he'll come around. Mark Jackson needs to figure out how to put him in a different position to get different looks offensively.

as well as JO has played for GSW when healthy...he is rarely healthy. and speights is just horrible.... yeah i agree on the JC move...going to hurt them in the long run to not get miller/hinrich instead...crawford is prettymuch playing for the other team at this point

Have you even watched basketball the past few years? Or did you just start this year and jump on the "I hate the Heat" bandwagon? The "whole forum jumps to defend them" because you're wrong. You might be able to BS the average Joe but we know what we're talking about at OS. Let's look at some numbers huh?

First 41 games of the season:

Record: 30-11
OPP FG%: 42.8%
OPP PTS: 93.6

Last 41 games of the season:

Record 28-13
OPP FG%: 43.9%
OPP PTS: 95.6

2011-2012 Lockout shortened season

First 33 games of the season

Record:26-7
OPP FG%: 42.4%
OPP PTS: 94.6

Last 33 games of the season

Record: 20-13
OPP FG%: 44.4%
OPP PTS: 90.4

2012-2013

First 41 games of the season

Record: 28-13
OPP FG%: 43.6%
OPP PTS: 97

Last 41 games of the season

Record: 38-3

So, we see that while the OPP FG% has increased in the second half every year, the points have dropped every year except the first. Last year we saw the Heat roll over the entire league like no other team has. (No seriously, 38-3 is the best second half of a season ever.) So all these people who think our defense is a "serious problem" need to just shut up. Nobody is defending Miami because they're Miami. They're defending them because you're wrong.

And King a Heat fan?

I'd much rather watch the Bucks and Jazz play a triple OT thriller than watch the occasional game where a good team blows out another good team.

Then they claim to like basketball.

Theses two teams actually displayed a pretty disciplined offense and defense and the game was very enjoyable.

First there aren't bad players or teams in the NBA, its the best talent in the world. If you're a basketball fan how can you not enjoy watching regardless of which team it is? I'll be honest I love watching "****ty teams" play. Though I didn't watch tonight's game. But if it was really a good game as they said it was then what's the problem with it being on TV.

For me personally, I see enough of the good teams play. I know what they do, I know what the great players are going to do, and I know which teams/players will be all over sports center, NBAtv, and all the highlight reels every day.

If I get to see two teams I don't see play that often, or bad teams with young talent I enjoy the change of pace. And if its a great game on top of that its even better. Excitement in basketball doesn't always have to come from playoff teams.
