I think Toronto, Washington, or New Jersey (Nets) would have the #1 pick in 2011. If Cleveland has Lebron, that means they're going to win 60 games, and that the rest of the East is going to lose a lot more games. These teams would likely jump Minnesota and Sacramento for better picks. The whole lottery would play out differently.

Lol too many "what ifs" to worry about.

How about Lakers resigning Shaq if all the controversy never existed. I am 100 percent sure Kobe would have Won 6 by now if Shaq just would have ended his career in a Laker uniform. Not only that I believe Kobe would decided to hang it up along with Shaq. Instead he's still in the league dealing with injuries at this point.

Obviously too many "what ifs", but really,if Cleveland had Lebron, I don't see draft order(at least in the top 5) changing that much besides teams just moving up 1 spot higher.

Raptors and Wizards each prob would've had 2 extra losses and Nets would have 3(from the Cleveland games). Though if Lebron stayed on Cleveland, each of those teams might have gained 1-2 extra wins from Miami.

lol but either way,way too many variables to even factor in. It's like the whole "go back in time and step on a bug and completely change history" type of thing lol
