Peja isn't getting any votes because the question was, Who do you think deserves the MVP, not who are the top 5 that deserve it.

Usually, when a question is asking for a one player kind of answer, you only give the name of one player.

Out of the people in that list i'll go with KG.

However my true choice would be Ben Wallace, without him the Pistons wouldn't be nearly as dominant defensively and he's basically the heart and soul of that team. He's the oil that runs through the piston that ignites that engine.

Heck he should've gotten the award at least once in his career already! It's a crying shame that he'll probably never get the award because he's not a flashy player.

I do agree with you, but if you look at it that way, JO is the best player on the best team, and without him, the Pacers wouldnt do jack [censored] (they havent dont anything in the playoffs, but that doesnt matter for this award).

Really what it comes down to is what your criteria is for MVP. If it the best player in the league, then KG gets it hands down (look at his stats)., But if it is the best player on the best team, then IMO JO deserves it.

With that said, even if you dont get the award, being on that list is a great accomplishment, esp for the younger players who have many more years in the league
