Can somebody explain how Kenyon Martin is a fake tough guy? He's got into fights with Alonzo Mourning, Karl Malone and Corey Maggette. I'm not condoning this, but they aren't weak players.

I actually don't mind Thomas making those comments. He's a pretty decent player and he did hit the floor pretty hard, so he is just frustrated. He is a total moron for coming out and saying he's going to to the same in game 4 though.
If the Knicks lose by 20 again, is there a rule to just scratch game 4 and give the Nets the win?

This is all funny to me how Tim Thomas act like he gotta pair of grapefruits. If he actually thought like this in the past, he woulda used at least half the great talent that God gave him.
It's also funny how Timmy is complaining about all this, but the team he plays on used to be the biggest bullies after the Detroit Bad Boys.

You know what, I was thinking the same things earlier. Kmart has already managed to take Tim Thomas out what little bit of game has left.Comment

w/Alonzo Mourning--
It wasn't a fight. 2 years ago when Zo was with the Heat, Mourning got into it with Aaron Williams and was ready to swing. They were separated and during that time, KMart feigned a punch at Mourning. Zo became livid.
The incident earlier this season about KMart making fun of Zo's kidney disease would've resulted in a pummeling if Zo wasn't restrained.
NO FIGHT.
w/Karl Malone--
Last I recall, Malone was going up for a dunk/layup and KMart clotheslined him in the back of the head almost knocking Malone out.
NO FIGHT. (Cheapshot, but still no fight)
w/Corey Maggette--
Maggette missed a haymaker or two. KMart snuck him with 2 quick blows. Were they Barkley/Laimbeer type punches? Hell no. I would've liked to see the results if this didn't get broken up so fast.
KMart WON.
Don't act like this guy is Lennox Lewis or something.
IMO, Tim Thomas should've just kept his mouth shut. I agree with everything he said (especially the Knicks non-response). But, he should've just handled it out on the court.
Next game when the Nets are up by 15+ late in the game and Richard Jefferson feels the need to practice his reverse 360, proceed to dropkick him in the face.
KMart wants to take cheap slaps at guys in the post, elbow him in the throat and wait for a response.
This Knicks team doesn't have the heart or the balls of the Knicks squad back in the early-to-mid 90s. Kurt Thomas is the only true "enforcer" on the team. And we'll see if/when he lives up to that.Comment

Re: Yooz fugazy, beyotch!!!
The Knicks and Tim Thomas are just bitter that they are horrible, and they are getting destroyed. When Jason Collins clearly didn't mean to hurt Tim Thomas, what's the point of making such a big deal of it. Instead of being so concerned about hurting the Nets, maybe they should be concerned with winning a game and not getting embarassed.Comment
